Winfried & Lydia Bauer, were both born and raised in Germany and now reside in Maricopa, AZ. We have three grown children and six grandchildren.

We are experienced in personal consulting, training, organizational and conflict management in Europe, Asia, Africa and the U.S.
Over the last 20 years we have developed a unique -out of the box- training for both leaders and individuals.
